Glitzby — User Data Deletion Instructions
Glitzby lets customers message us through Facebook Messenger and Instagram. If you've messaged our chatbot and want the data associated with those conversations deleted, you can request removal of your information at any time.
To request deletion, email support@glitzby.com from the email tied to your order/account (or send a message through the same Messenger/Instagram channel) with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Include the name and contact details you used so we can locate your records.
Upon receiving your request we will delete the personal information we hold from your chatbot interactions — including message history, contact details, and any personalization details you shared — within 30 days, except where we're required to retain certain records (for example, completed-order or tax records) under applicable law.
If you reached us via Facebook, you can also remove Glitzby's access through your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
