Every Glitzby keepsake is handmade to order and engraved by hand in our workshop in Clermont, Florida. Because each piece is made specifically for you, the time to create your item is separate from the time it spends in transit. Please read both below when estimating when your order will arrive.

Processing Time
Orders are typically made and ready to ship within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, such as holidays and peak gifting seasons, processing may take longer. If we expect a significant delay on your order, we will reach out to you.

Shipping Options and Costs
U.S. orders. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. If you would like your order sooner, you may upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at checkout for an additional charge.
Canada orders. Shipping to Canada is not free. Shipping charges are calculated and paid at checkout, based on your destination and the service selected.

Estimated Delivery Times
The following are typical carrier transit estimates once your order has shipped. They are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees, and do not include processing time.
USPS Priority Mail (upgrade): 1–3 business days
USPS Ground Advantage (standard): 2–5 business days
UPS Ground (standard): 1–5 business days
Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package to its destination. Please allow a little time after shipment for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure the shipping address you provide at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, you will be responsible for any cost to reship it.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@glitzby.com and we will make it right. Because every Glitzby piece is handmade, we stand behind getting your keepsake to you in the condition it left our workshop. We may ask for photos of any damage or details about the delivery to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Undeliverable and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for packages returned due to an incorrect address or a failure to claim the package.

International Shipping (Canada)
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping charges for Canadian orders are calculated and paid at checkout.
Shipping services to Canada. Canadian orders ship via one of the following USPS international services:
USPS First-Class Package International Service — transit times vary and are not guaranteed.
USPS Priority Mail International — typically arrives in approximately two weeks.
Duties and taxes. Depending on your order, Canadian customs may or may not apply additional import taxes or duties. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery. These charges are set by Canadian customs, are outside our control, and are not included in your order total or shipping charge.
Please also allow additional transit time for international orders, as customs processing can add to the delivery timeline. Delays at customs are outside our control.
