As these are unique one of a kind custom handmade made items, returns are not possible. All sales final. If we make a mistake we will correct and reship a replacement at no cost. If you make a mistake we will be happy to make a replacement, we just ask that you cover the replacement shipping cost of $7. Claims must be made within 45 days of delivery.
