As these are unique one of a kind custom handmade made items, returns/refunds are not possible. All sales final. If we make a mistake we will correct and reship a replacement at no cost. If you make a mistake we will make a replacement but you will be asked to pay shipping and handling cost. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@glitzby.com if needed.
